Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Purpose
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Aussie Rigs Arena processes, dispatches and delivers orders. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Customised or pre-delivery setup products may require additional preparation time. Processing times may vary during promotions, public holidays or peak trading periods.
3. Delivery Methods
We may offer Australia Post, DHL, courier services, same-day delivery (where available), local delivery and in-store collection. Available delivery methods are displayed during checkout and may vary by location and product.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, parcel dimensions, weight and selected delivery service. Additional charges may apply for oversized, remote or special handling deliveries.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, courier disruptions, customs, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Risk & Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to the nominated delivery address or collected from our store. Ownership of the goods remains with Aussie Rigs Arena until full payment has been received.
7. Incorrect Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery or redirection charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses may be payable by the customer.
8. Store Collection
Customers selecting Click & Collect will be notified when their order is ready. Proof of purchase and photo identification may be required when collecting an order.
9. Lithium Battery Transport
Lithium batteries are regulated as Dangerous Goods and are transported in accordance with applicable Australian transport requirements and carrier policies. Depending on the battery type and capacity, batteries may be shipped installed in equipment, packed with equipment, or subject to restrictions on standalone transport. Some lithium batteries cannot be transported by air or express services. Delivery options may be limited or changed to comply with transport safety requirements. Customers must not request removal of safety labels or repackaging that would breach transport regulations.
10. Damaged or Lost Deliveries
Please inspect your parcel promptly upon delivery. If goods arrive damaged or appear to have been damaged during transit, retain the packaging, take photographs where possible and contact us as soon as practicable. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
11. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by transport providers, natural disasters, industrial action, government restrictions or other events beyond our reasonable control.
12. International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected products only and is subject to import laws, customs requirements and carrier restrictions. The customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or import charges unless otherwise stated.
