1. Purpose
This Terms of Service Policy governs the purchase of products from Aussie Rigs Arena through our website and physical store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.
3. Products
We endeavour to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. Product colours, specifications and packaging may vary slightly from those displayed. We reserve the right to correct errors or withdraw products without notice.
4. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock shortages.
5. Pricing & GST
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Delivery charges are calculated separately during checkout.
6. Payment
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched or collected. Payments are processed securely by approved third-party payment providers.
7. Shipping & Collection
Shipping, delivery estimates and store collection are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Customers retain all rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Warranty & Product Support
Warranty claims and post-purchase support are governed by our Warranty & Product Support Policy. This does not limit your consumer guarantee rights.
10. Product Use
RC vehicles and accessories are hobby-grade products intended to be used in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Customers are responsible for safe operation, maintenance, charging and supervision of children using products.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, images, videos, product descriptions and other material remain the intellectual property of Aussie Rigs Arena or their respective owners and must not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aussie Rigs Arena is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
13. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will be published on our website.
